Step off the veranda and wander down the lawns to the edge of the Da Gama dam. This self catering guest house attached to our main home is where you can relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Slow down to the pace of the "slowveld" and take in the natural beauty of the forests surrounding this private estate , situated midway between White River and Hazeyview. We are in near proximity to the Kruger Park as well as the scenic Panorama route.
The unit has two bedrooms. The main room can be made up with a king bed or with two single beds. This room has an en suite dressing room. The second bedroom has two single beds. A camper cot is also available for infants.
There is a full kitchen and a bathroom with a large shower.
The lounge / dining area is spacious with a large couch and smart TV with Netflix.
Free WiFi is availbale.
The outdoor patio overlooks the dam and has direct access. There is an outdoor dining facility and a braai area.
Canoes are available for use by guests. Fishing is allowed. The dam has bass, kurper and barbel. Bird lovers will be able to spot several species of birds, incuding kingfishers, bee eaters, sunbirds, geese and many more. There are walking trails around the property as well as hiking trails nearby.
